What Happens Once I Order a V.A?Once we receive your order for a Trained Associate (Virtual Assistant), you’ll schedule an onboarding call with our VA Manager. The call will discuss your business model, your goals for adding a new VA to your team, and your plan of action.The best-suited virtual assistant will be assigned to you, and a working schedule will be established.Your VA will be available on Monday- Friday during the hours that are set. He/she will be ready to accept tasks and assignments during those hours. Once your account is all set up, you’ll be connected with your Virtual Assistant to begin your working relationship.

No Contracts, Cancel Anytime Virtual Assistants for Your Team

There is a MINIMUM of 10 hours per week to use one of our Virtual Assistants.
- The hourly rate for our Virtual Assistants is $7.95 per hour.

Do the Virtual Assistants Make Phone Calls?We don’t recommend using our Virtual Assistants for calling prospective leads. After having cold callers on staff for several years, we were not happy with the results and have decided to discontinue offering cold callers at this time. They are best suited for administrative tasks.
Do your virtual assistants negotiate deals?No. If they did, they’d be considered Acquisition Managers and would be a lot more expensive.
